Super Fun Saturday with H-E-B: Day of Play
At the Day of Play event, Move Club San Antonio will host a family-friendly physical activity zone where families can participate in fun, active, and supportive challenges designed to promote movement, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles. Families will have the opportunity to engage in friendly fitness competitions such as push-up, plank, sit-up, and air squat challenges, with modifications available for all ages and fitness levels to ensure inclusivity and participation for everyone.
