Super Fun Saturday with H-E-B: Superhero Saturday

At a Superhero Saturday event, Move Club San Antonio will host a “Show Strength Community Fitness Challenge” designed to promote movement, teamwork, and friendly competition while celebrating all fitness levels. Every 30 minutes, participants will join a group challenge broken down by age groups, where they can safely engage in exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, planks, and squats with modifications provided to ensure inclusivity for all abilities.
